NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY
- We do not issue refunds, but we do have an exchange policy that lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
- You may exchange an item/s (subject to inspection and eligibility) for similar or other item/s that are less than or equal in value to the total purchase amount of the item/s to be exchanged.
- Before returning an item to be exchanged, please email us at email@example.com. Include details such as item purchased, date of purchase, photos (if applicable) and the reason behind your request. We will need some time to verify the information you have submitted before we can process any request.
- For purchases made outside of our website, we may only entertain exchange requests if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase intact.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase intact (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, but fall within the 30-day return period, may be eligible for repair depending on the extent of damage and/or our capacity to do the necessary repair/s.
FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable.
- Return shipping address and other details will be provided to you via email upon approval of your request to exchange.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
